Description
Classic Package inclusions:
- Beverage Package
- Professional Bartenders
- Glassware ( Wine, Champagne & High Ball )
- Portable Bar of choice ( Pallet, Glow, Modern or Wine barrel Bars )
- Bar supplies kit including bottle openers, pourers, measuring cups, ice buckets, tongs, strainers, shakers, stirrers, chopping board & knife, Salt & Lime container, Condiment tray, Tea Towels, Paper Towels, Spray & Wipe, Garbage bins, liners and tubs for beverage storage
Packages are based on:
1 bartender per 40 guests
1hr setup, your select service time & 1hr packdown
Note: If you need to extend the arrival/departure time (eg: ceremony or presentation), this is charged at $65/hr per bartender/staff. You can let us know upon confirmation
Add Waiters:
Your booking with have enough bartenders service the bar. Add waiters to your booking for tray service walking around your event. 1 Waiter per 50 guests will be included in this selection. If you want more your more than welcome to add extra waiters for hire
Additional Items:
3x3m Pop up: All outdoor events where no cover is provided will be required to have a pop up marquee @ $120. Walls will be added for high windy areas
Styling: To dress up the station in your custom theme @ $500. This can vary depending on the final approved design
Onsite Requirements:
Required Space for our stations are 3m x 3m
Modern Bar & Glow Bar require standard 10amp power
Public Holidays will incur a 20% surcharge, added manually after the initial booking
